Libertarian Conservative, Councillor for Hayes & Coney Hall in the London Borough of Bromley, thirty-something father of one, accountant, dog owner, snowboarder, classic car enthusiast. In fact, enthusiast of anything that has wheels, wings or means of self-propulsion.

I believe science rather than cave-dwelling represents Earth’s and mankind’s best chance of survival, and that the Sun might be having some significant effect on our climate.

I believe that free trade is fair trade.

I believe that to be a crime an act should have a victim (or potential victim) – not just “society”.

I believe the state should be servant not master. There is such a thing as society, it’s just not the same as the state, etc, etc…

I also believe that sometimes there is more to life than politics.
